Well, I don't know the exact answer.

In The Graph API, a query request is simply a HTTP GET request. As far as I know, the HTTP Protocol specification does not specify a maximum length for the GET request.

However, practically, web browsers and server software have imposed a maximum length for this. The value varies from software to software. Having said that, I think we probably won't hit the limit in normal circumstances.... and if you have reached the limit, probably you should review your code and see if the query could be done in another way.
